One change of date is allowed within the same season, up to 14 days prior to the course start date. A $25 fee will apply. Fees will be refunded up to 30 days prior to the start of the course, minus a 15% cancellation charge. For cancellations within 30 days of the course start date, 25% of the course fee will be retained. For cancellations within 10 days of the course start date, no refund will be issued. No fees are refunded after the course has commenced.
